How and when will I receive my template after I pay?After ordering, your template will be e-mailed directly to you. If you choose
an Instant payment method (such as Credit Card or PayPal),
your template will arrive after we receive your payment at the delivery e-mail
address you specified prior to ordering. Due to our fraud prevention
procedures, processing may take up to 24hrs for verification and delivery. Most
orders are delivered in a timely manner.

How do I open the Templates I purchase from you?Our templates are delivered by e-mail as .ZIP file attachments. These files
must be decompressed before they can be used. You can obtain such a utility for

What is included in the .ZIP file you send me?The .ZIP file you are sent by e-mail contains the following (most cases)
High-quality JPEG imagesThese are the images that make up the template. These are high quality, meaning they have not been optimized in any form. They are provided this way to give you the option of optimizing them yourself or not. However, it is generally good practice to optimize your images before "going live". This (usually) reduces the size of the file and consequently the amount of time it takes for your page to load. Images located inside Flash library. PSD files available when indicated on template description.
How do I go about using this template on my site?After uncompressing your template, you can simply edit the HTML or graphics to fit your needs. You must edit your template using Macromedia Flash MX2004 / Flash 8. We do offer template support, and we also suggest you check help forums such as Flashkit.com and Actionscript.org. These forums are dedicated soley on Flash website development. Some Flash experience is needed to edit these files.
I'm interested in a template, but I need some things changed on it.If you need a template to be modified for one reason or another (for example, changing color scheme or adding more buttons), please contact us. Each modification carries an additional charge, so please be specific about what you would like to have done.
RefundsDreamlinestudio sells non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Although Refunds are NOT offered, we do offer credit if found that the item downloaded contains critical errors. We do not offer refunds due to inability to use Flash software or the use of any of the products provided by Dreamlinestudio.com. Some basic flash experience is strongly recommended in order to modify our products. Unauthorized refunds will be handled by a collection agency.
