A. There are a couple reasons why you may have not seen or received your download link.
1. Many of our emails contain a download link which email programs think they are spam and consequently end up in your spam folder. PLEASE check your spam folder
2. Your Paypal account is unconfirmed therefore our protection policy is ineligible. Although legitimate sales are made by unconfirmed accounts, we have to double check the sale to make sure it is a legit sale. Calling us to verify some info can hurry the process. 760.712.8433
3. All Orders over $100 will be carefully reviewed for fraud. Please provide a legitimate phone number so we can confirm some information.
4. GoDaddy Hosting. Godaddy has a really bad habit of permanently blocking email that contains a download link. If you are indeed hosted by GoDaddy and you have not received your product, please provide us an alternate email address NOT connected to GoDaddy
