I have Flash CS3, (and very basic knowledge.) - are your templates compatible with this version of Flash?Am I going to encounter any problems for being Mac based?

Flash CS3 will do just fine with our products, our files will open up and will be ready for you to modify to your liking. Also, Having a Mac system does not matter as our files are compatible with both PC and Mac platforms.
